By using StillAsleep ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
StillAsleep helps pause media playback at bedtime. In Handheld and Hands-free modes, the App acts when it determines you've fallen asleep while watching. In Fixed Countdown mode, the App pauses media at a time you set, even if your phone is locked. It is intended as a sleep aid.
The App relies on your device's hardware and system behavior. Results may vary depending on your device model, OS version, and system settings. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
StillAsleep is free to download and use. It offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks unlimited automatic use. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
